I visited O R Tambo airport to puck up friends. I ordered a burger at the Mug &Bean in the airport building. After 45 minutes and a numbe of enquiries, I got my burger. the good explination was that some ingrediants were frozen... especially at an airport where time is of the essence you should expect prompt service... Really... This is the service that we as South Africans offer the overseas visitors at the biggest airport in SA.
