KFC Hillcrest - Disgusting

Bought a burger and chips, and 3 piece chicken and chips, with separate coleslaw from Hillcrest KFC. When I get home, we find they did not pack the coleslaw that I PAID FOR. That was the first irritation. Second, the chicken was so oily we ended up dumping it in the bin. What a rip off. This branch is pathetic in terms of food quality and service.
