Terrible experience at Mugg and Bean. OR Tambo

I use Mugg and Bean OR Tambo (airside international departures) every week. One guy is amazing. Very professional. Rushes around. Ensures good service. Today on arrival a lady was talking to the coffee guy leaning on the counter. I sat for a while before she notice me. Talk about an attitude. Cold. Uncourteous. Not engaging. Took 6 minutes for a water to arrive and a while later my breakfast arrived. Cold slimy eggs, a corn fritter that was terrible. What has gone wrong at Mugg and Bean. Its a shame as it was the best restaurant at the airport. On leaving I wrote my complaint on the receipt and asked her to show the manager. She just actually laughed at me. And tried to give me 30 rand change in 1 rand coins. I refused. She got shirty and walked off to get notes. Very bad service. And a disgusting breakfast. Shame on you
