KFC - The worst branch in Gauteng!!!

This is probably complaint number 4. There are several KFC branches in Boksburg, but the ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE LOT, is the KFC on North Rand Road, heading towards East Rand Mall. The branch in the same complex at Ronnie Matthews Estates and Cappellos.

Clearly this particular KFC branch is badly managed. The staff are all miserable and they project their bad attitudes towards the public. On several occasions we've been subjectected to staff serving up incorrect orders, not checking the orders, short-serving on portions, not using the packing to clearly mark the type of meal being boxed/wrapped, etc.

When one complains about the general bad attitudes of the staff, or lack of interest, the response is always the same, the just don't care!!!

I've logged complaints with the KFC call centre, only to have some stand-in 'manager' call me back and offer free food.

I wish to speak to the franchise OWNER of this KFC branch in Boksburg. The person/s who spent 2 mill rand to buy this franchise. I wish to inform this person that his/her staff are from them, and chasing business away!!

This KFC franchise only survives because of the brand/name. Otherwise they'd be finished
