The Worst KFC branch

My complaint about the KFC Wetton/Lansdowne branch is multifold. Over the last few years of its existence I have had all kinds of complaints from wrong orders to bad attitude and especially long waits at the drive though. On one particular evening I ordered 8 zinger wings from my car. Eventually after 30mins I parked and went in to complain. It seemed that the staff was more interested in closing up than seeing to my order. The supervisor/manager offered me double the amount to make amends. An offer I refused. Point is - drive through service is supposed to be faster than counter service. Maybe they can learn a thing or 2 from Mcdonalds down the road. Last night I couldn't order a rounder because there were no buns in stock. It seems there's always some kind of hiccup when I shop there. Lately I prefer to go to the Rosmead Ave branch as things there move along much smoother. KFC Wetton has a lack of decisive management and organization. I seek no nor do I want any remuneration from KFC. All I ask that the head office do the necessary to make this branch function as it should. Reprimand the franchisee, replace, retrain &/or hire more staff or give the franchise to someone better.
