Well done, KIA Boksburg service department! You've made me regret purchasing a KIA! I find your admin staff arrogent with a don't care attitude. I dropped my car off on Monday, 11 Nov, 7am. Received a phonecall from KIA later the afternoon to inform me that I would not receive my car back as KIA technical department needs to explain the installing procedures to the technician at KIA Boksburg? This after my car has been there for 10 hours? Day 2, same story. So, after having my car for 20 hours KIA Boksburg still does not know how to resolve this issue! This after I was told that it's a simple procedure. KIA, please train your technicians! Your admin office staff can also do with proper customer service training as there is certainly room for improvement with regards to their attitude towards customers. I've asked for a courtesy car yesterday and was told that there is nothing that KIA can do for me. KIA, this is YOUR problem not knowing how to install, yet you've done nothing to even try and assist me in any way. KIA, Boksburg you will definitely not see me again! In fact, if this is the type of service one receives from KIA, this will definitely be my 1st & last Kia!
