Unprofessional!

Myself and my colleague wanted to purchase lunch form the Sunninghill branch. My colleague Palesa made the call. two hours later our food has still not arrived. I called the branch Florence hanged up on me. i called back she gave me bellas number which did not go through because her phone has BEEN off. Eventually I called the head office.

I was told that the owner of the store was called and that although I can go through with writing on hello peter that the best that can be done will be to deal with the incompetence of the staff internally. I have a voice recording of my conversation with the lady that answered the phone i am upset that she can just hang up on a customer like that!

Please Pull up your socks or you will continue to loose valued customers!

Please note that we called to place our order at 14h00 the food has just arrived now at 16h15 and its the wrong order!!! We received buns with lettuce ONLY, but paid for Chicken Terriyaki on Parmesan bread with olives!!!
