Pathenic Service from cashier to manage

On the 30th of november, we ordered and one of our order was incomplete. One roll short. no apologies from Itumeleng what so ever!!! like really!!! today we did not receive butter, knives and forks and no Serviettes how are we suppose to eat? I then called the store and spoke to one manager (zinzi) who took my number and promised that some will deliver and nothing was done. Three hours later still no call to either say they cant come or something. What kind of service is delivered here???
