Unhappy custome

I'm a very unhappy customer. 1st they cant find my address and then the delivery guy phoned me to tell me that he are afraid of the dogs. I spoke to 2 managers and told them that i ordered my food at 18:57 and at 20:00 I'm still waiting for my food and I'm not paying for it at all and over the phone they told me its fine but when my husband went to them to go and collect our food they had other stories. i never in my life had bad service like this. I've got small kids and because of KFC Selcourt my kids had to eat bread. because the delivery guy are to afraid for dogs. I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEY'RE SERVICE. On the end of the day i had to pay for my food after they said i will not pay for it. we got our food at 21:02 after we went to go and collect.
