Hung up on me

I made an order that I always make almost everyday that takes about 15 mins to be delivered however this time around when I made that order it took more than 2HRS and just to be considerate I called them the 1st hour and I was told they very busy the 2nd hour and counting I was told ''WE BUSY LEBO'' and she hung up on me.
I cannot ever be treated like that especially after understanding for an hour that they busy and for the lady not to explain to me and hang up on me having to wait 2hrs and counting...
