Very Disppointing STALE food and irate manage

We decided to order KFC - through their delivery service - we ordered for over R400 today. every single thing that we ordered from burgers to wings to chicken was stale - the chicken was burnt and hard like it was re fried - and they literally gave 6chips a streetwise 2 meal.. the regular chips was half a box and cold and stale. i am utterly disgusted by this food - so i decided to call the manager from the durban Point road branch _ his name was Cyril - his words " I CANNOT help U " - he was extremely irate and rude - such a big order was delivered in less than an hour - that alone will tell you that this food was not freshly made.
I want a full refund from this KFC and for them to get a new manager!!! i also do not want one of their chain msgs when reporting - if i do not get feedback urgently - i will take this up further.
