I will surely never deal with your Phoenix Plaza branch ever again. This is not the first time I experienced LATE DELIVERY. Your excuses on every occasion I tolerated, but after yesterday, I think it is time I spend my monies elsewhere, and spread the word about your poor service delivery or lack thereof.
I placed an order @ 17:48pm yesterday, and after 2 hours, past 8pm, and after several calls, I finally received my order. Your excuse about your bike breaking down and not being able to get my food to me on time goes to show that a huge Franchise as yourself, does not have a back up system, and sends a guy on a bike in a down pour (heavy rain) to deliver food, what a load of bullocks. Waiting for more than 2 hours for food, which was for my lil boy, is really shocking and pathetic service. Who will actually take time to look into this, I wonder...
