Debonairs Pizza
Why is debonairs ALWAYS late??

We order pizza from the above mentioned store and branch very often at my company, as they are on of the only outlets who delivery. Atleast a few times every week. It frustrates me that they are ALWAYS late!! Waiting over an hour for pizza from an outlest that is - 5km away, seriously? There is ALWAYS an excuse, eg " we only have one driver ", "its raining" etc. Well, you offer delievery, so arragements should be made. As a business, you need to ensure that there is capacity available to meet your demand! More often than not, our lunc break is over beforre our food arrives. This is pathetic guys!
