Pathetic Service

Booked for 20 people on Thursday 24/01/13 & said that everyone would probably have the burger special. Phoned again on Monday 28/01/13 to confirm my booking & to add another 4 people to the table. Again, I said that everyone would probably have the burger special. We ordered & had to wait almost 2 hours. The first 5 burgers were fine, but then they ran out of buns & we had to eat the burger on 2 slices of bread!!! Their explanation: 'They were not prepared.' After I phoned them twice to confirm that we will probably ALL HAVE THE BURGER SPECIAL!!! 24 People that has allot of friends will never again go to Dros Willowbridge. Pathetic service!!!
