RAW MUSHY BURGER PATTIES

On the 25th and the 28th my friend and I decided to eat the burger special, the 25th we both had a special, my first burger comes and I find a hair on it, after calling the manager on duty, I do not recall her name, she replaces the burger, which I we're truly grateful, BUT then my patties was really disgusting and mushy, the buns was dried like a sun dried tomato, if it wasn't for the two sauces of Spur, I wouldn't have eaten it! I though, I'll let this go, but this past monday, 28th happened the same thing, my friend and I shared a special, and again both our patties was pink and mushy! the buns were falling apart, it was so dried! If i have to go back to THAT Spur, it will be for the onions, which also wasn't the ONIONS I had from the other Spur, Oily, very dark brown, but still nice, a bit! If you want to eat Burgers at Spur, stay away from Silverpine Spur in Sandton!
