Bad Customer Service

On Sunday 27 October at 19:07 i made a simple order at kfc prominade my order was 3 -Zinger meals 1-krusher 1 -ice cream she rang the order up three time and three times she got it wrong all three times the manager had to void the order. On the third time she only had half the order and she decided she will swipe my card for half the order and then ring up again for the 2nd half at this point i'v been waiting for 30min and was very upset i then had to tell her to calculate my order as there no way she going to swipe my card twice and if that was not all does she not take her own sweet time to get my order forgetting the drinks and then serving another customer while im still waiting there.

I think the service is beyond pathetic how can a simple order take so long and why did the manager not intervien the 2nd time the casher made a mistake i was so upset but was to much of a hurry to raise it with a manage
