Repugnant customer service

I went to KFC Umzimkhulu and bought streetwise 2, zinger wings and regular chips. I was served by Zinhle 'Z' who had a name tag written "Trainee", hence not 100% sure that Zinhle is her real name. As she was taking down my order a 'friend' of hers joined the que behind me. She started chatting with her. Apparently they worked together at KFC Ixopo. I told her I want my streetwise 2 to have a side breast as one of the pieces. She did not convey this message to the staff packing the food at the back. She added 'load the fries' which I didn't ask for and had to get someone to void it. All this is happening while she is chatting with her friend. I paid and waited for my order. She took her 'friend's order'. People that had ordered after me in the other till points got their food before me. She called another colleague cleaning the floor to come and listen to whatever 'her friend' was saying. All this time I waited. Finally she started packing my order and then remembered to chat again with her friend! At this point I asked her to finish up my order first before chatting and her responce was 'I am busy with it'. She then handed it over without even bothering to add condiments. Appalled
