Disgusted to say the Least

My Best friend and I decide to stop at North Mead Square (Santa Cruz Spur) to our amazement as we walk into the smoking area not one table is clean let alone a clean ashtray food on the floor and papers laying everywhere my friend however asked the waiter to clean the table before he seats us, I MEAN REALLY should we ask secondly I then have to ask twice for an ashtray,
So the waiter comes up to take our order still having no Cooking clue who he is after we asked him what his name was as he did not have a name badge on, so we place our order only for us to ask him to repeat the order to us as he didn't look interested in helping us. So we wait and wait finally the food arrives finding friends food is cold after asking for the manager and still wait a couples minutes my friend decides to rather eat and pay the bill and go as we were hungry after 2 event meetings so while we just about done two other customers bother me for my ashtray as there are none in the smoking area then to amuzement in walks a trainee while lets hope it was a trainee with a sauce bowl and puts it down in front of a customer across from me and says there is your ashtray. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! UPSET MUCH
