Bad attitude and appaling customer service

About 30 minutes ago I called Boulevard Cafe to order a chicken salad and the owner only identified as David was horribly rude. What's most upsetting is that the same salad has certain exclusions (no avo, no dressing, etc) which need to be communicated to whoever is taking the order but high & mighty David wasn't interested in listening to what I had to say, instead he put the phone down in my ear.
I'll be sure to tell everyone I know who either orders or hangs out at the mentioned establishment about my experience especially in an era where customers have a wide variety of eateries with a variety of menus and competitive prices and owners who appreciate that customers are the main ingredient in the viability of the business - no customers, no business
