HIGH PRICES FOR BAD SERVICE AN ATTITUDE

We have been to Harvard Cafe a few times in Bonaero Park, its a fairly new restaurant. Every time we have been there the service has been appalling! We have to look for our waiter when we want to order something and the attitude of the staff, including the managers, is shocking! The managers do not check if the customers are happy and they do not follow up on their waiters. We went to watch the rugby on Saturday, and yet again the service was horrific! We had to call our waitress EVERY time we wanted to get another drink and order something! The prices are also ridiculously high! They charge R55 for a double brandy and coke! Where do they get their prices! Especially for the area and the service that is given! Many restaurants have come and gone in that centre and if Harvard Cafe keeps at it they will not make it either! HIGHLY DISGUSTED
