Stupidity = no customers

Tonight I called in for a delivery of a chicken salad. I specifically like Nandos salad for their dressing, which is the only sauce/dressing they do not stock in shops. This is R40 salad so not cheap. I received delivery without dressing so I call and get passed from one clever person to the the next. They can barely speak English and I have to repeat my story to a few people. another 25 mins later, they deliver a complimentary salad. Thank you very much but what did you forget AGAIN?! THE DRESSING! Is this higher grade??? The manager claims he gave "him" 6 dressings. Well clearly not to the driver as he says he asked them if they put dressing in.
I order there on a regular basis but have had issues in the past with incorrect delivery. Clearly you dont need my business
