Waited an hour and a half for an order. Starter came after the main meal. What was supposed to be oxtail soup was clearly its lookalike and mine came with a strand of hair. I turned it back and the manager came back with the strand of hair to show me it's not human but hair from the tail as if I ordered hairy oxtail soup.
