Dirty box

Last week i went to menly KFC to buy streetwise 2. and when I opened the box they've put my food in it had small pieces of pap. I think they just took a box that was previously used for streetwise two pap and just decided to put my pieces en chips right inside it. OR it was a wrong order from someone earlier and they just took out pap en put chips, because the chicken was cold and tasted horrible. I dont know whether to call this lazyness or i was just undermined.
