Bad Attitude and Service

My wife and I just got home from Vangate mall. We popped in to get a drink at King Pie but when we got to the counter there was no one there. Another lady gets there and knocks on the counter to get attention from someone that works there. A young African guy comes out and starts servicing this lady. My wife complaints to him very politely that we got here 1st so we should be serviced. This boy (no name tag) starts talking back with such cheak and bad attitude. He was talking like he's talking with his friends. Grabs the money with cheak asks "What do u want? " "Listen here..." That's not how u talk to customers. Something needs to be done please about him and I would like feedback. He should get a final written warning or moved to another branch. This happened just now after 20:00pm tonight. I'm seriously shocked about this.
