Trying to book a table

I called to make a booking at lonewolf spur today, the lady that answers the phone tells me she can not make bookings I need speak to the manager and says bye, before she put the phone down I get her attention and I say wel can I speak to a manager, she puts the phone down on the counter and starts talking to another waitress laughing and carrying on for 10 minutes while I hold the line. I put the phone down and phone back, she says oh sorry I forgot, my manager says you can book with me, she was so rude and puts the phone on the counter for a further 10minutes, I will now take my children somewhere else tonight as I can see my business is not needed there. Maybe pappaccinos is becoming a better option these days to take your children for a meal.
