INCORRECTLY PRICED AND BAD SERVICE

So truworths had a sale on for 40% off..

I chose a pair of denim shorts (there were only two left a size 6 and size 12).
I looked at the price on the size 6 which was R249 so it would have worked out to be roughly R149 which was a great deal especially for Levi's.
So I grabbed the size 12 and tried them on and they were perfect- I went to the counter to buy them only to my surprise that they said R499! So I showed the lady that no they were R249 and she got the manager and he said it was the staffs mistake but he couldn't give me the size 12 at the same price but if I were to buy the size 6 he would give them to me at the lower price! Which really irritated me and I left..

The next day I went back to buy them anyways because they were so nice - the 2 ladies behind the counter were talking about me!!! They were speaking some African language but I know they were talking about me cause they said R249.. 40% and R499... NOT impressed with the service and the bad attitude of the ladies behind the counter. If you want to be so rude and speak a different language Atleast don't say numbers in English because we know what you are saying!
