False Advertising and poor customer service

I ordered a whacky Wednesday. When the cashier asked me for the money, I asked how she got that total. I was shirked off and told her that 2 orders did not match the amount and was not going to pay the amount requested, I wanted to pay the price advertised on the signboards.
She called the manager who explained that they were old signs. The price had increased and they were not going to remove the old advertising boards until new ones were available as they would lose business. He apologised for the error, but still refused to give me my items at the advertised price even when I said I would not accept the order.

I then went to Mc Donalds and had a great meal. Steers lost a sale and a customer over 2 rand. I have contacted the call centre who did nothing except get the same store manager to call and apologise, yet not admit fault. Now | understand why that store was so empty and I had to queue at Mc Donalds a few hundred metres away. Call centre reference 102295
