KFC SERVICE LIKE DOGS

This is my 2nd horrorific expierence at kfc, on the 23rd of september my husband and I had gone to meerensee kfc and as we were discussing what we wanted to order the lady had just ringed up a family meal and then we had told her our order of just two dtreetwise two she than swiped my husband card and he got the sms to say the amount was over R100 and wen we looked at the slip it was not what we ordered and we told the lady so so she called her manager and thought we do not understand zulu and told the manager that 'we chose the wronge meal and we are being about it' and clicked her tongue at us so in anger my husband just asked for a refund and we left then on the 23rd of october we had gone to kfc again and this time the lady named nthombi was serving us and the same thing happend yet again! We always suported kfc and after treating us like dogs instead of valued clients I would never suport kfc ever again and I will make sure I tell everyone of my bad service and how disgusted I am with the franchise.
