Poor Delivery 40 minutes???

I am not a happy customer.

I placed my order today at 9.30am and I called to check if my order had left to be delivered at 10:15am. Apparently the driver has not come in yet and my pizza has not even been started. I have paid online with my Visa Card and I hope to get a refund for this inconvenience.
Dont promise 40-minutes if you cant deliver in that time as well as dont have a delivery service if you have no drivers. WHAT RUBBISH!!! I called the store to complain, only heard excuses.

Poor poor service.
