Very unhappy

Two weeks ago I went to mc Donald and the cashier refused to speak English to me and assumed I speak zulu I told her I don't understand but she refused to speak English today the same branch sold me a burnt breakfast burger and cold coffee and the last time my chips were dry and the coke was very flat I can't believe how they treat their customers
