Goods not wanted

My mother was told that she was an ambassador of home mark and every month they will call her offering things to her, since she doesn't understand English well she will say yes to everything she was told and the money will be debited from her credit card which is been paid by me, lately they just send goods without even speaking to her and take money, when the goods arrives she will send them back and they refused to give her refund,
The recent one is that they send the goods to her and took the money. We didn't even take the goods and now they are refusing to refund her.this morning she almost had a heart attack when Gladys called her to inform her that they will not refund her.i went to home mark and speak to lovemore that she removes my mother on the data base she never did that.when I call them they tell me they do not want to speak to me because am not the their customer, they need to speak to my mother hence I say she doesn't understand English well.
