Manager makes a rainy day into a sunny day

I would like to give credit to the manager in charge of the La Lucia Mall Nandos. Im not sure of his name (Rajan - Bald indian guy) He made sure he went to each and every table, to ask if everything was going well and the service was up to standards, occassionally indulging some conversation.
