We get to Nandos festival mall for Mother day dinner, no queues and we order 16:55.Then we waited for our food for 35 minutes, I felt it was unfair and no reason or explanation was given by the assistants or waitress. We ask for the manager andd we are informed she is to busy.we proceed with our celebration and we enjoy thee good food untill 15 ninutes later we realise our cool drink was not brought tto our table, I then went there and asked for it and was given Sparberry with no choice, being an understanding person I asked for nothing and headed to my table, guess what no glasses after 10 minutes. I asked for the manager and she was not available to see me. I returned the cooldrink and we left dat Nandos.will never set foot in it and I am hurt and humiliated so is my hsband. I deeply deeply disapointed and hurt. Manager why are u employed? To sit in da office and speak to your boyfriend while we pay ur salary, mxm
