Nandos is too big to worry about customer service

Hi. i hope you are well as i am not on the 10/02/2013 went to buy food at nandos where i buy every week at cresta and so do my stuff but when i got back to my shop to enjoy my meal i find the wings are not to standards as they where burnt black black black i dint think even a hobo or my dog will eat it.but what makes me more upset is that when i went back the manager was not not help full at all as i sit her today after sending the food back i have not got a call or even someone come and find out what can they do for me so at the end of the day i have paid for food that i did not eat or even get my money back so I'm going to make it my duty to tell everyone this. i do have pic that i can send to you as i will send it to the paper as well cause at the end of the day i paid for my food i did not get it for free
