Paid for a Tower rounder - didn't get it!

Went to KFC Prmrose last night after working a full day and picking my daughter up from aftercare. Went through Drive thru and placed our order including a "tower rounder" meal. When I got home and unpacked the food I saw that I only had an ordinary rounder!! At this stage of the game I did not have the energy to drive all the way back there with the wrong burger and ask for a correct one. Why can't the order be processed correctly! I paid R46.90 for a "tower rounder" meal and I got a R40.90 colonel burger meal!!! Was NOT IMPRESSED.
