To whom it may concern

It has come into my attention that I need to come forth wthis troubling occurrence from KFC Louis Botha and 13th Avenue. Most of the time when you buy there, something from your order will be missing. I had even stopped from buying there because of this deplorable behaviour.
I normally use the drive thru when I'm buying there, and usually I would be from work in the afternoon or evening when I feel I won't have time to prepare a meal for my family. Sometimes you'll find a piece missing from your order, or something is not quite right with the order. You'll only see when you get home and it will another mission to drive back complaining about 1 missing piece of meat.
Two weeks ago on the 25th October the to specific I ordered 8 piece (s) family feast meal where the 2 big chips comes standard. To my surprise when I got home I had 2 medium chips I think they were 10 and the other pack they were 8 inside the pack... On Saturday 2nd November my husband went to buy on the same KFC and the mash with Gravy there was gravy only. order I asked him if he bought from this KFC he confirmed that he bought from there. I feel cheated. I had even stopped from buying the
