Hi, on Sunday the 20102013 i went to the above mentioned store which is situated at the ENGEN Garage in LA LUCIA to purchase a breakfast meal. My meal of choice was the baco, egg and and bun combo deal including a coffe. This was advertised for R19-90 but i was charged R29-90. I said nothing to the cashier Carol when i saw this, instead i waited for my meal. When it was ready for me to have it, i queried with her if this was the correct meal that i had ordered. She said to me that it was, i then asked her why i was charged for another combo deal which included the beef pattie but i was given the meal that i had ordered. She looked a bit confused and said to me that she will check on the 'SYSTEM' after which she STATED to me that what the system gave her. I then decided to take the UPGRADED meal that i had unwillingly paid for. My concern is, was this a honest mistake? OR was the particular employee in question being dishonest? IF THIS HAPPENS TO 20 CUSTOMERS A DAY, WHO IS GETTING THE REVENUE FOR THIS...
