I waited 25 minutes for a (salad) Whoppe

On Saturday 19 October, i purchased 2 x (salad) Whoppers and Cheesy Chilli Nuggets.

For the first time, there was not a huge queue outside BK, so i decided to try them out. The ordering system is messed up, as no customer knows who is next in line. The cashier just hands me 2 empty cups, but fails to explain what i must do with it. Why must i ask? Is it not her job to make sure the customers know what to do?

No ice was provided. Then i had to wait 25 minutes for my food. The Pepsi's were warm by now. Eventually, after nearly 30 minutes waiting for 2 burgers and some nuggets, i requested to speak with the manager. I asked her how exactly it is fast food if it takes 30 minutes? How long did the other customers have to wait?

Then, when i got my food, i got in my car and drove to the beach. My boyfriend and i were disgusted with what we got. A Whopper with this thin patty, no sauce and filled up with thick slices of tomato and lettuce. No mayo or ketchup was provided for the chips. In all honest;y, this place is a joke. Not even comparable to BK around the world.
