Disgusting food and service to match

I went to Primi Eastgate on Saturday 27th July 2013 for lunch with my husband and my Mum. We ordered bruschetta and a salad for starters which were okay. For the main meal we ordered a vegetarian pizza and an arrabiatta pasta. The pizza had a disgusting smoked, meaty flavor. Being vegetarian this was extremely unpleasant. We complained to the manager who told us " what must I do now. you ordered the pizza so u must eat it" We asked him for a replacement pizza but no action was taken. 20 minutes later the manager came back to ask if we had placed an order for replacement pizza. At this point we were extremely frustrated and annoyed and lost our appetite. We paid our bill for starters and left. The manager's attitude was appalling. He at no stage took accountability for the situation or tried to rectify the matter. He made us feel that it was our fault. He was completely incompetent as a manager. I will never ever return to Primi again and I will let all my friends and family know about this incident. I hope many people read this.
