SCOOTERS PIZZA MANAGERS BAD ATTITUDE

I work for a Corporate company that had a training session from Friday to Sunday with more than 15 people 2 of which were muslims. Since Scooters Reservoir Hills is the only halaal place to order the executive asked me to order from them. I called on Thursday 18 April and spoke to Shawn who took down the order. I also told him that we previously ordered and his driver did not deliver because he got lost. Shawn apologised for this and guaranteed me that it won't happen again. I gave him the address and he confirmed it with me which was 124 Escom Road New Germany. On Saturday the pizzas were supposed to have been delivered at 12.30 and on enquiry shawn said to the Accountant that he will not dliver because we are based in Pinetown. I eventually got a call from Shawn who was absolutely rude to me and blatantly told me that he will not deliver the pizzas. I asked for his boss's number but he refused. he said he does not care who I speak to and what I do but he will not deliver to us after making sure that the order and address was correct on Thursday. I then spoke to a lady called Waseema who intervened and had them delivered to the company at 2pm. Disgust is too mild a word.
