Shocking Customer Service - Fournews (Newscafe)

Following my complaint listed on HelloPeter with respect to the Witbank branch, a representative from Fournews (Boniface) contacted me and told me that staff at the branch would undergo training again. The Franchisee also called me and merely asked me to relate to her the incident that occured. I received no further feedback. I then escalated the matter to the CEO, who asked a gentleman named Allan to deal with the matter. After failing to reach Allan after numerous phone calls, I was directed to Ryan. Ryan's response to my complaint was shocking, "these things do happen unfortunately and I apologise". After asking Ryan for some resolve to the matter as to an explanation on why I was served burnt food his response was "what response would you like, do you want me to tell you that the pan was too hot? ". I am appalled that after years of supporting the brand that I have encountered such service at Head Office level. Rest assured NewsCafe, you have lost a loyal customer!
