I was unsatisfied with the customer serevice centres response to my claim for irrepairable damage to our family camera. I managed to waste over 15 mins explaining the situation to the customer services rep, only to be told, right at the end, this is not covered. Essentially that was all i was trying to find out. I feedback on poor service and had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan who called me explaining the matter had been re-opened to see what they could do to keep me happy. It is not often that this sort of feedback is experienced where companies acutally listen to thier customers. Ryan was efficient and detailed the process that was required to go through. i had nothing to lose. After confirming a few details, Ryan called me back with the excellent news that my damaged article would be covered by the policy at replacement value and to top it all with no excess. What a breathe of fresh air. Simply made my day. Keep up the excellent customer service. Hope it continues for all.
