La Campagnola
Overall poor experience

I was unfortunately invited to a dinner at La Compagnola in Brynston on Saturday 23/2.
The poor service started when we arrived and were shown to our table. The attitude of the staff was officious not welcoming and pleasant. This same attitude continued throughout the wine ordering and presentation process, this is what ordering and offering our wine degenerated to. Not all members of our party were offered wine, it was necessary on two occasions to call the wine steward back to the table and offer all guests wine.
The food was simply OK, like Mac Donald's or KFC!
The biggest surprise was kept for last, THE BILL!!
This restaurant must undergo a massive overall in order to offer the levels of service and experience they charge for!
I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone for any occasion.
