Old soggy burgers

Last night I ordered two junior chicken burgers for take away at about 9-30pm, when I got home I saw the burgers weren't fresh, they had been heated up in the microwave, the lettuce was soggy and a light brown colour, the burgers had been heated up so when it cooled down the roll was even hard, what happened to fresh food? Very disappointed with the quality I received, I won't be going back.
