KFC
False advertising or unaware of own products?

I recently went to the KFC branch in Kabega in Port Elizabeth. I asked for the "hot zinger' sprinkles for my sprinkle pops (as it appears on the menu) and got told that "we only have fruit chutney". This has been happening for months now and when I go to the branch in Cape Road, Newton Park they ALWAYS give me the zinger sachets I ask for. My question is, is this a cse of false advertising (the item apears on the menu) or are the staff at the Kabega unaware that KFC offers zinger sprinkles for sprinkle pops? This is really annoying as I have to go all the way to another branch to get the product I want. Either take it off your menu or supply ALL your branches with zinger sprinkles.
