Bad service, quality and hygiene

I went to KFC at Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark. As I entered the drive thru and rounded the corner where the menu are one of the male employees, changing the menu in die menu board, stood there with his pants down busy pulling them up. I got the impression he peed. Next as I placed my order at the first window the lady taking my order kept on talking to the other employees. I would tell her what I want and she will help me but still keep on with personal conversation with the other employees. I order a Double Take, Sprinkle Pops and 4 Zinger Wings. I only ate my meal when I got home and then noticed the foods quality. My sprinkle pops where dry and hard and small comparing them to the pops I got in the past. The double take had rotten lettuce on both of them. The lettuce was very old and tasted horrific, it nearly made me puke. Some of the pieces of lettuce you could see was very old due to the starting change in colour.
