Poor service, Lack of stock, Bad attitude

50 Durban Road KFC, Pietermartizburg (20:50, 01/02/2013). Upon entering, a person is leaving looking very displeased.

It was now my turn to place my order with the same uninterested cashier. Eventually (after some time) she asks for my order. I ordered a Colonel Burger meal, without hesitation, she shouts (still facing me) to the staff behind making the food. There is this dull reply back. There are no chicken fillets she replies. I reply with, Can I have any burgers? She didn't understand what I was asking. Another cashier lady explained to her in Zulu. She replies, no you cant order any burgers. I reply, may I get sprinkle pops then please. Without hesitation, again she shouts towards me to the back staff in Zulu. There are some replies, then she shouted back and tells me it will take three minutes. I pay and stand aside.

My order comes, she presents me just a bag and walks back to her cashier till. I call her and ask can I have the Zinger spice. She replies, no we don't have any. I ask for Fruit Chutney spice. She replies, no we don't have any.

I nearly lost it right there. Whats the point of sprinkle pops without the spice!!! I just walked off, just like the other customer.
