The worst birthday eve

Ooked for my daughter's 5th birthday party for 01/06/2013, they booking was done 2 or more months ahead.on arrival at Spur ruimsig 01/06/2013.I was informed that the tables where not ready, which made sense. I suggested that the kids must play while the tables were being prepared, guess what tables were never prepared??? no party hats /balloons, cutlery. NOTHING!! Until i went to Brenda and asked her whats going on, who tried her best to assist. The lady who was serving us could not be bothered. I order food at 03:55 which came an hour or more later and very cold. There were other birthdays but its like our table were invisible, the sang for other kids, gave coloring papers, and us nothing. They only came to sing for my daughter after 06:00pm since our arrival at 03:45pm. I have never being embarrassed like this in my whole life and my daughters celebration party at Spur was the worst /pathetic gift a mother could give to a child. I regret booking at Spur Ruimsig and I will make sure that all my friends& family are aware of this and i will report this all over, from social media to the highest. I am very disgusted with this service, Is this how you treat clients??
