Finally! A manager who lives up to her name!

Last night, my friend and I took our two little boys to dinner at the Spur. My little one is 2 and my friend's baby is 14 months old, and was happy to be in his chair for the meal. My little riot... not so much. Thank goodness for Spur's kiddies play room!
However, upon inspection, there were older kids in there up to age 10 who were running up and down the jungle gyms, almost taking out kiddies like bins on garbage day! There was also only one woman delegated to look after the kids, which had become impossible as there were just too many.
Charne Bothma to the rescue!! She asked the boys not to play on the jungle gym and rather play on the PlayStations set aside for their age group. She then took on an active role in babysitting the kids and kept a close eye and hands on the little ones. My son was constantly looked after and entertained!
Even after she brought him back to the table and was not longer in her care, Charne later came over to our table and cut his milkshake straw down so he didn't hurt himself. What FANTASTIC service!! Thank you Charne for a super evening! :)
