Spur Steak Ranches
Poor Quality Food, Un-organized staff, Pathetic

Unfortunately I booked a birthday party at Spur Ottery, when I arrived the tables were set up for the kids, no area set up for the adults, then once everyone arrived and started settling down, it came to the ordering of the food. Instead of seeing to the kids meals first they started taking orders from the adults, once the food arrived to the adults it was cold and food was sent back and fro from tables and this was ongoing for 15mins. Then the food was sent out to the kids. The ice cream was like water because when it came out to the tables it had melted already, so who would like to drink their ice cream instead of eating it? Then when the party came to an end the party bags came in a carrier bag whereby the adults had to help the waiter put the chips and a sml pkt of jelly babies in this spur bag, how do you arrange a party but the party bags aren't even ready. I have just wasted my time and mostly my money at Spur even the food that I ordered and brought home was pathetic, no quality nor effort made for this party from Spur staff, waitrons are standing around chatting and nobody really made an effort. I am disgusted at the service. THINK THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE.
